...so went to my stupid xmas party last night...it really wasnt bad...left early cuz my mom wanted to go (and i didnt want to argue cuz i had promised we would and if i woulda tried to make her stay she woulda been mad tho she insists it woulda been ok)...so we left...didnt go to bed early like i wanted...get a phone call at 11 from my coworker...MY NAME WAS CALLED FOR THE FINAL RAFFLE AND I COULDA WON A FREE CARIBBEAN CRUISE...i was called to win, however since i left early, they gave it away to someone else...im so upset...i actually cried last night...it goes along a line of events, ya know...its like i cant catch a break...i try, i get close, but then i LOSE...i hate feelin like i got the worst luck...im so upset about this vacation thing...i feel like it was the culmination of a series of bad events, ya know...i have a bad job w/bad pay, bad coworkers, they took back my days off several times, and it all culminated in the fact that i left the xmas party early only to learn i had won the grand prize and it was given away...the worst part was i felt guilty for leaving early...ya know, its like the state job strung me along for so long just to never call me again cuz i didnt get it...thats the way my life is, i guess...i get led on up to the point that i believe something, then the opposite happens...i think thats why i got so upset...i mean, maybe its just a weekend cruise (im trying to rationalize that i dont want it cuz it wasnt what i wanted...snobby over a free vacation...makes (no) sense, right) and i wouldnt want it...i dunno...i mean, i guess im only 23.5yo and things still have time to work out...sometimes i just feel thing r workin for other ppl and not me...but maybe its like half and half...cuz when i actually think about it, there r plenty of ppl similar to me that life is suckin for too...so i dunno...i feel guilty that im SO upset over this vacation thing...its more like disbelief...also, im not gonna hear the end of it at work...so not only was i arrogant enough to leave the xmas party early, i got my just desserts...im so upset...hopefully i wont be there for much longer...and i can always pay for my own vacation, even tho i cant afford it...then my mom starts tellin me i need a new car...on what $$$, esp when im tryin to go back to skl...i dunno...sometimes i think someone is testing me, but since i dont believe in god or fate then what...its like i wanna rationalize it, but i cant cuz they r random events...i wish life would die...the cherry on top? my mom yelled at me that i coulda told her to stay and we coulda stayed till 11 WHICH IS A LIE CUZ SHE WOULDA TRIED TO MAKE ME LEAVE WAY BEFORE THAT...so she ignored my last birthday, she ignored when i graduated from college and now she blames me for losing a free vacation...best mother ever...

btw, i may be gettin a new job in the next 3 months as well as quitting pathmark...hopefully that works itself out better than current events have been for the last 9 months...

i am officially a student of kean college in the spring for a second ba in spanish...why spanish, cuz i need it...why a ba, cuz i need to raise my gpa...should take me 2yrs...horrible...thats ok...we'll see tho...i heard kean has their own brand of screw to rival that of RU...so we'll see...should just be takin 1 class next semester to warm back up and, well, learn some spanish...then ill do 2 over the summer and 2-3 in the fall...fun...go kean?...
